“We recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International. We were supposed to get started around 10am, but they had some unfortunate events take place. With a few obstacles in their way Alex still managed to get two guys from another job to come out and take care of our home. My wife and I were in a serious time crunch as we have a new baby due in a couple weeks and Alex knew how important it was to us to get this taken care of. My wife and I give a Huge thanks to him for making it all work out. Not to mention the two great guys who came out and did a FANTASTIC job. What a difference new carpet makes in your home. If you’re not using this company for flooring, you’re using the wrong company. We are very happy with how everything turned out and now have brand new carpet for our little ones to crawl on. “European Flooring of Palm Beach is the most professional business I have ever encountered. The gallery is breathtaking, their service is second to none and their products are far superior to any other hardwood flooring I have encountered. One of my clients had their entire home installed with a 12" wide smoked hardwood floor. They had an icemaker leak that flooded the ground floor for over 3 weeks. The floor was still saturated for another 5 weeks while it was drying and none of the flooring had to be replaced!!! I didn't know there were hardwood floors that existed like this. These wood floors are beyond exceptional and the installers that did this job were true artisans. I rarely refer businesses however, this is the only one I will refer. White glove service throughout the entire process and my client was floored (literally and figuratively). “Blackstone Kitchen and Baths did a fabulous job on the complete renovation of our bathroom in a cooperative building. The design was organized by Leah, who helped us select all components as well as tiles at the showroom in Jupiter. As part of the design, she measured everything and prepared a detailed plan. Raj managed all aspects of the construction, including coordination of approval from the HOA as well as all permits and inspections with the city. He made sure a layer of protective paper was put down on the floor of the apartment as well as plastic covering of the furniture in the living room. Raj made sure pictures of progress were posted on Buildertrend.com, which facilitated communications since we were not physically present for most of the constructio. The project included bathtub removal and installation of a walk in shower with barn door style shower doors, as well as new vanity and fixtures. New lighting and exhaust fan were also installed. Raj provided updates via text and phone. After completion, Raj made sure all debris was disposed of properly and had the apartment cleaned. Love the new bathroom. Great attention to detail and quality work. Very very happy with the results.“

I have been researching the good floor company for about one year... I spent time to read a lot of reviews of the highly rated floor companies. This time, I needed the best company because two years ago, I had a horrible experience with a constructor who messed up almost everything on the 2nd floor and more... The guy said he could fix his mistake at the end then he disappeared and never came back. We got a full refund from his insurance company but after that, we had a huge water leak from the bathroom on the 2nd floor. The tiles were moving already due to the bad installation but more moving after the water leak. I was worried about mold and damages under the tile. I called many floor companies to repair and got a lot of estimates. Most of floor companies ignored the water damage underneath and recommended to sand the uneven tile surface and put the vinyl because they said it's the easiest & a quick way for both of us. However, Carlos was different. He is very honest and told me a simple answer that I shouldn't put vinyl or any floor materials on this uneven tile without checking the damages under the tile and recommended a demolition. He sent me an estimate which was detailed everything clearly, no hidden cost, and answered all of my questions. I trusted him and decided to work with NexFloor. After Carlos started demolition, he spent time to repair and never put the floor materials until the floor became even and flat. Also, Carlos is very creative! He made some pieces and connected the baseboard super neat on the corner!!. He repaired the stair nose perfectly too. I hired two of other floor companies to repair the same stair nose before but they didn't know how to repair due to the bad installation by the previous floor guy so they tried to repair it but it was broken again, but NexFloor did such a professional repair!! Communication was also so great with Chris who works at the store. He always helped me to choose the materials and contacted to Carlos. Chris is also very nice! He scheduled and prepared everything on time before my travel plan! It's really hard to find the good and honest and professional skilled floor company in local and anywhere, but I am very lucky to find the best flooring company! Finally the floor was fixed so I could put a sofa in the living room after we moved in 2 years! Thank you so much, NexFloor! Really appreciate all of your hard work! Love my floor so much! :)
