David at dfb Custom Window Fashions was the best. We have built several custom homes across the country, and the selection from shutters to roll up blinds and window treatment was fantastic. David was very patient with us as we selected the product. Once we landed on the product we wanted the process to order and install was straightforward and on time! That was critical. The installation folks working with David were professional and took time to make sure the shutters were installed perfectly. Just got work done from David. My windows needed it and it’s amazing how they turned out the plantation shutters look amazing and it upped the value of my home with simple window installs. David and Edgar were amazing and fast.
It was a pleasure working with David. We had some problems with the blinds allowing a lot of light to come through and we worked together to get the problem resolved. David is courteous, knowledgeable and very responsive. He will make the job right! Highly recommended.
