Based on the reviews, Classic Carpet & Drapery Cleaning is an awesome team and a good old fashioned hard working family business. The client service is second to none. They did a great job on drapes that came out beautiful, and Tom made sure everything was perfect. The team is amazing, very kind, and super professional. They got out pet hair and even a urine stain from a neighbors dog. They are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They provided recommendation and guidance on a carpet that was beyond its best before date, and generously waived the service fees. They did a wonderful job on four sets of drapes and two sofas. They are just worthy and fair.
What an awesome team! On a Sunday evening I called, requesting if they could do a removal, pick up and cleaning on my pinch pleated drapes for Monday (the very next day)…their response was immediate and although their schedule was booked they managed to come and collect the drapes. I will definitely use their services again & again. So great to work with a good old fashioned hard working family business!

Regardless of having conducted a site visit that did not materialize into work, Tom and Holly followed up the visit with a full explanation of the situation and generously waived the service fees.
Look no further. This team is amazing. I had old stains removed from my sofa and chairs. I learned a lot about how NOT to use soap and call them. Very kind and super professional. Will only use them. Next time will be for grout cleaning. You can see they are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They came highly recommended from an amazing upholsterer.
