This is our 3rd transaction with Russie and the Watson team. Russie is the realtor that everyone needs on their side. We are beyond grateful that we were introduced to Russie. She is an amazing person and when the going gets tough, Russie gets tougher. She’s A+ and we recommend Russie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
To #6 - Not at this time but may consider it later.Jill Croteau went out of her way to ensure we got our contract interest rate by contacting parties she wasn’t even responsible for contacting. She kept the closing process moving forward and ensured there were no delays. Anything we asked her to do, she did right away. She was always available anytime we wanted to see a property. She had such a positive attitude throughout the entire process and was very reassuring when we had doubts. She was also very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. We feel very fortunate to have had Jill as our realtor.
Vicki Bray-Fagan is an amazing realtor! We met her 7 years ago when we were randomly driving around looking at listings, and she was showing a home in the area we were interested in. We have had 6 sales with her since then, and will always use her and recommend her to all of our friends and family.
