While the staff were friendly and the facilities were decent, Advent Health is unable to open the xrays in the format that PM uses. They also don't put the images on CDs anymore, which means we are having to pay for another set of xrays.

I came in at 8:30pm from out of town with a sick infant and everyone here was great. The office staff got us checked in quickly and the doctor made sure we could get the antibiotics we needed at the grocery store pharmacy next door before they closed for the night. The level of care was perfect and we are so thankful. We’ll definitely return if we need urgent care here again.

We were visiting the area from Canada, when we decided to bring our daughter who had been complaining of a sore throat for days to the clinic. First off, it was on December 31st, and most places were closed in observation of the holiday. The fact the clinic was still open, was a blessing.
I have NEVER experienced such a pleasant, quick, thorough, medical visit before-for myself, or my children. From the minute we walked in, the office administrator was so kind and friendly. She helped us through the registration process step by step. From there, we met with two more providers who were so gentle with our daughter. They explained everything before they did anything, and made the process such a breeze. She had a bit of an uncomfortable test done, and she handled it so well because of how it was administered.
My husband and I cannot stop talking about how much of a positive experience it was. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing! All three of these women are working exactly where they should be-with children! I wish we had this level of care back home. Thank you again!

Absolutely would give a 10 star review. The nurse that helped us was Absolutely amazing. I would recommend this to anyone with kids. Definitely worth the drive.
