With efficient and clean offices, patients can expect to feel better and manage their conditions, making him a top choice in the central Florida area. Patients have experienced relief from neck pain, headaches, trigeminal neuralgia, occipital nerve pain, migraines, and TMJ pain. After treatments, patients report full range of movement and being pain free. The doctor uses gentle and safe NUCCA protocol for cervical adjustments, with no twisting or cracking. He is exceptionally comforting and kind, offering relief that multiple orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons could not provide.
Dr. Jack is amazing. My wife had taken a fall over a year ago. 3 different orthopedic surgeons, 2 MRI’s, 2 CAT scans and they couldn’t figure out a diagnosis. But giving her pain meds and potential risky injections at the C1-C2 location was no problem. They were just lazy.
Dr Jack took an I Cat and very quickly discovered her C1 was rotated appropriately 25 degrees. After her 1st visit she was feeling better….. now 5 visits later she’s walking, and living better.
Finding Dr Jack has changed our lives. He is not your traditional Chiropractor. His adjustments are gentle and planned!

I’ve suffered from migraines for a few years. After researching on what approach to take, I came across Dr. Lynady’s information and his many 5 stars reviews from satisfied patients after treatment. I gave it a try and from my first visit things changed. My tmj area does not hurt. I don’t have to take daily painkillers for migraines. He’s truly an Upper Cervical Chiropractor Guru.
