My AC completely stopped working on a Saturday in the late morning on a hot summer day. I called Infinite Air and was extremely pleased with the service I received. They diagnosed the problem, but needed a part to correct the underlying issue. Luckily, they got my system up and running before they could get the part, and came back the next day to correct the true issue with part in hand. I was extremely pleased with their pricing, which was less than half of a big company competitor. I also want to give Andrew a huge shout-out. My technician Michael P was amazing and truly honest about what my AC needed. I scheduled a regular tune up and needed just a part to be replaced for my system to be back to 100%.
I’m hoping to upgrade my whole AC system in a few months will be doing it with them.
Been using infinite air for over 4 yrs. Not only have they provided quality service for existing units, have had them do 2 new installs.
