Did my sew-in extensions and 1 tightening then ignored my phone calls, texts and voicemails for the next tightening. I don’t know what happened, I drove by and they were open. I’m new to extensions, my hair is getting loose and now my stylist is gone. Really messed up to do, bc I have an autoimmune disease (Addison’s) that can cause hair loss. I’m embarrassed about it that’s why I got extensions in the first place. I did my research this time and found another stylist~ Lovette. She does wonderful hair down the road, google Lovette Hair. *edit* to respond to the question Saniece asked. Why did I not stop in? Bc I called, texted and left voicemails until your voicemail was full. I felt unwanted there, I shouldn’t have to chase a hair stylist that’s ridiculous. I drove by bc I thought something bad happened. You know what’s weird? When my mom in NJ called, you answered. I called 2 minutes later~ a paying customer here, gets voicemail. So I was supposed to walk in like a stalker now? If you’re not answering my calls, texts or voicemails why would I do that? Chase a hair stylist in 2023? No

My daughter got faux locs installed by Francoise. We love how they came out. It took under two hours to complete and with the technique she uses the hair is not heavy which is a huge bonus.

I love my stylist, she is the best. She knows how to style all types of hair and gives great advise for strong and healthy hair. Once you start having her treat, cut and style your hair you cannot go to anyone else. She is amazing!

Never disappointed. My hair has grown the most it has in years after I remained consistent with the hair Botox. Saniece knows a lot about hair care and willing to share with her customers. Love it!
