Love this studio! So inclusive, warm, and welcoming ❤ and a great variety of classes at various times so you are sure to find something that works for your schedule. Every teacher is so skilled and inspiring, I always leave feeling refreshed! I also appreciate that they have a donation based community class offered on Sundays so yoga is accessible regardless of your budget! The location of the studio is lovely— the Lake Mary farmers market happens to be just outside in the park on the other side of the street every Saturday. I always thought I could practice yoga on my own or just learn from watching YouTube videos. After trying the 14-day unlimited yoga at this studio, I realized how wrong I was. I’ve learned so many new techniques that have deepened my practice. Most amazingly, it has helped release so much tension that had been building up inside me.

I absolutely love this yoga studio. The classes are amazing and there are options for all different levels, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The instructors are so knowledgeable and really make you feel supported throughout the class.
What I appreciate most is the environment. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and it truly feels like a judgment free space where you can just focus on yourself and your practice. The community here is so positive and encouraging. I always leave class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and happy I came. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great yoga experience.
