The therapy itself has been good, and the therapists seem knowledgeable and caring. However, the front office has been very difficult to work with. There have been repeated issues with scheduling, paperwork, and obtaining records, often with the explanation that the computer system is down. While the clinical care is appreciated, the administrative support needs significant improvement.

Maulika and her staff ( Shelby, Rockell and the graduate) did a great job making my Physical Therapy sessions challenging and meaningful. There was immediate improvement as far as pain and mobility in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend there healing services. Thank you very much.

I must say my therapy was not what I expected. I learn a lot of different movements to help me with my vertigo. I will use the different positions that I've learned from therapy to help me control my vertigo. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Thank you to the entire staff I can truly say it was and unusual but a pleasant experience.

My experience has been the best. I have had physical therapy at different locations with different companies for the past two years but I have to say FYZICAL therapy was THE BEST. From the front desk greeting to each therapist that had a hand in on helping me on every visit. I give THANKS. I am much better than I was and I owe it all to FYZCIAL THERAPY. I was in a car accident late January and since my first visit I was always assured I was in good hands the staff is very friendly and welcoming, Raquel, Shelby, Christian, and Maleeka were all amazing during my recovery process and I’m very thankful for them!!! 10/10
