I really like Dr Ramos and his staff. Yes he does have broken English and hard to understand at times but he is patient with you and will repeat himself without you feeling uncomfortable. He gets the job to help you. That is the goal.
If you think this office has actually done very well from what it has came to with all the changing of the physicians. I think that crystal has helped a lot. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances in the office, I do believe that she is only reporting what she has to report concerning I back her 100%. Being CMA I completely understand where the office and where she is coming from. And for the lady who said that she worked in the medical field for you to low blow someone else who's in the medical field, you should not be in the field, ma'am, I apologize
I love this office. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Previously to coming here I went to a terrible rheumatologist and they were truly neglectful.Dr. Ramos and his PA really listened to me and took time to explain my treatment and answer my questions. I'm happy to have found this place.
