“Dr. Roach is a very knowledgeable dentist and truly cares about the well-being of her patients. She really wants to figure out why the issue is occurring, and does a great job explaining the treatment plan up-front. Her staff is very friendly, and made me feel more than welcome during my visits there. I’ve never had any dentist thoroughly address my TMJ issues until seeing her. While I did feel some relief from one round of masseter Botox, my particular case likely needs more treatments in the future. She was able to grind some of my teeth down to remove interference and give me a broader range of motion, and was more than willing to readjust my pre-existing night guard while I was there. Having lived in Orlando my whole life, I’m just glad to have finally found a reliable dental office in the area!“

“+20 years ago I had a molar gold crown done by Dr Morgan ("all queens have gold crowns!" He's a huge joker in the kindest way.) Solved my immediate problem forever & it's been great for years. Time goes on, we move, I see other dentists for other teeth, but one thing is constant: Dr Morgans crown is admired by other dental professionals: "it's beautiful, perfect!" "The margins are so precise, it's gorgeous!" "Who did this gold work? it's the best I've ever seen."I'm sure his non gold work is equally impressive. Dr Thad Morgan is a craftsman, a fine artist. Can't recommend him enough.“

“I went to Primera for the first time yesterday, and there aren't enough words to convey what an amazing, and positive experience it was for me. My appointment was with Dr. Shah, and her calming, highly knowledgeable, and gentle manner as it related to my "very extensive senior mouth issues" and my many health issues was truly a blessing. The entire staff from check-in, through dental x-ray's, and the others involved in my care were without fail the very best I've ever had throughout my life. In prior years I've had some very (very) bad dental experiences, and have always had a fear of dentists. My appointment yesterday with Dr. Shah has now taken my fear away, and her staff's kindness and caring attitude will make me a lifelong patient at this very high-tech (highly advanced in all respects) dental practice. “Can not recommend this location enough. Our youngest who was 1.5 years old slipped in the tub and had a front lodged back into his gums. It was around 4pm and Ingalls Dental was the only one who would see us. Other dentist had no availability or wouldn't see him at his age. When I was starting to panic Ingalls said please bring him in as soon as you can. Having a child hurt, screaming, and bleeding and not being able to get them help is something I never hopes to happen to anybody.Once we arrived they were beyond accommodating, helpful, and reassuring. They were able to examine him plus take x-rays. They are amazing!“
