I wish to highlight Mark Bilbraut from Beaver homes. They installed a new roof for my townhouse in 2025 and at the same time I had my AC replaced with also resides on the roof. During heavy rain it has leaked and Beaver homes and the AC company have been out several times to try to locate this issue. There have been previous water tests and seals performed but no one could find the issue before Mark. He performed another water test all over roof but also over some seals above the roof on the AC and the leak was apparent.
