We called All Electric Services because we wanted some repetitive electrical problems investigated. Michael, our technician, assessed each issue. He could have spent hours exploring, but advised a practical, tiered approach. Unlike another company who came to our house earlier this year, All Electric did not try to upsell us. The company is local and well-established. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable and honest. We, for sure, will call them for any future electrical needs!
The tech was great. The only down side was waiting for the parts delivered on the install. Out of all the times I've had a tech out to my location these last two times for the install of my panel was the best I've experienced.
We had Micheal come out to help us and he really went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He installed our ring doorbell (we had some issues with it working with the app and he even called Ring customer service for us, he figured it out incredibly quick ), he fixed some cables in the roof and essentially prevented a house fire . Overall he is the electrician Superman. Very kind and went above and beyond .
