Hi! And greetings to all. My wife and I, decided to sell our Lake City Fl home to be near the grandbaby. We knew without a doubt- no uncertainty; it would be Amy Carroll at United Country Dicks Realty. Amy came to our home to take care of my wife, Patty. Amy was a home care nurse at the time. She was so great! Professional! Very polite! Empathy was her greatest trait toward our situation-which required a great deal of around the clock care. She made us feel that we were important to her! When we made the decision to shop for a house we also shopped for a realtor. Erika was the only one from the 3 I dealt with that actually cared. She answered any questions we had at any point without throwing a fit like 2 other realtors did, with a smile on her face. Once we found our home and put in an offer she was still available to answer any questions. We didn't have the happiest closing ever, but that's on the sellers. They originally said they wanted to close on December 31, so in 20 or so days. We wanted to give them more time as Christmas and New Year was around the corner, so the date was set for February 1.
