Paid $160 for a two-night sleep study, and the equipment malfunctioned two of the three nights. Instructions say NOTHING about if you get up during the night to use the restroom to take your phone with you. I called to see what the issue was, and was advised they had been getting complaints about the lack of instruction, and they were working on it. The third night I did everything as instructed, and it still malfunctioned and didn’t record. I called again and they said one night was sufficient. Been with this company for years, I had some not too bright people working for me that didn't understand IT stuff, they walked them through it twice in years, upgraded to a new computer and they dropped me as a ~8 year company, acting like they didn't want to help us set the software up on a new computer after we had just literally bought 3 pulse oximeters from them! I'm BLOWN away! Horrible people!

My medical provider asked me to do a test one night. I told them up front “I am not paying a cent for this as it is not essential”. I have used a cpap since 2015. I know I need a cpap. Point was absolutely useless. Then, months later I get a bill from Testsmarter….. Apparently I was lied to when I told them I wasn’t paying a cent AND THEY AGREED. So Teatsmart, sorry you are not getting paid.
