Quality Neurology LLC receives mixed reviews. The psychiatry department is highly praised for its wonderful staff, time, attention, and care. Patients report very good experiences there. However, the neurology department receives more critical feedback, described as impersonal and lacking communicable care, concern, and validating information during vulnerable discussions. The treatment process and testing are noted as correct, but the physical exam and feedback are considered lacking. Impressions vary significantly between the two departments.
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Beerepoot and staff. He absolutely listened to every thing I said and was right on with the treatment process. So very glad I am a patient there.
Psychiatry Dept gets FIVE stars!! I’ve seen two NP of psychiatry there and have nothing but good things to say. You will likely not find a MD of psychiatry who will give you the time, attention and care you deserve compared to them. I currently see Elizabeth Goldberg.
Neurology Dept, THREE stars: I’ve also seen the neurologist there once and I do not have a great impression from my visit. He did order proper testing for me so that’s good but as for any inclination of communicable care/concern, there wasn’t any. Very impersonal. I have been dealing with a double vision situation for some time believing it was caused by cataracts I finally made an appointment with my ophthalmologist. The diagnosis was, instead, that I had a stroke. My primary physician referred me to Dr. Beerepoot. I am extremely pleased with his and his staff's courtesy, professionalism and kindness. He has me set up for an MRI and has referred me to a cardiologist for additional testing. Exemplary service. Kudos for a job well done!
