For the most part, I use my computer to look up information; shop; and access my email. Sometimes, I tinker around and get myself in a big computer mess! I Thank God for leading me to John and Onyx Systems! John has unraveled some messes this computer-illiterate-old lady created. Poor guy! Awesome service and communication. Had a battery replace in a MacBook and it's working great. I've been running the machine for a few days without charging and the battery is still at 74%. Highly recommended.
