This company maybe new to the area. My brother really needs dependable home care, we had another service through the VA and was stuck for a year contract and that company was terrible. We had ask for a new one and was put in touched with On piont health care.Ask we received a call for the first interview, we explained that my brother had not had any home care, bath, sheets changed. The lady on the phone said that was unacceptable,,joy to my ears, cause I had been in a wow, how could people do this to people who need home care.
