Mane Performance is a relatively small and quiet place with a great feel. Customers report great care, great hair styling, perfect cuts, and amazing service. Stylists do a wonderful job with color, highlights, and cuts, and clients feel comfortable. They are accommodating, even for last-minute walk-ins or under emergency circumstances. Some note that the salon could be cleaner, as there can be dust on outlets and decorative items. A few reviewers also mention that Lake City is very expensive for hair care services compared to other areas. Overall, clients plan on returning regularly and highly recommend giving it a try.
This place is relatively small which I like quite a bit. My stylist was great! I felt comfortable. I do wish they would dust. There are layers of dust on the outlets and many decorative items are black. It was distracting.
Also and this is not personal to this place:
Lake City is very expensive for hair care services compared to where I used to live in the Fernandina Beach area. You would think that area would be more expensive than here being a resort area.
I have paid $50+ more for my hair care both times so far in Lake City than I did before for the same services in Nassau County/ Fernandina before moving here. I don’t get it.

I hadn't been to Mane Performance in years (I live out of town), but know Sonhwa is great at her job. Under emergency circumstances, Stephanie was able to cover my appointment and did a amazing! Thank you for getting me in, doing a great job on my highlights!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
Very nice place and I always get what I ask for. Tina cuts my hair and does a great job and has for a few years now. It's a very quiet little place with a great feel. Give it a try you won't be sorry.
