I've been called four separate times, emailed i think five times, texted five times, asked to create an account on their portal i think at least three separate times, been asked to confirm my upcoming appointment i think five times. Fix your process, this is ridiculous.
I am 84 years old and have had many mammograms. My mammogram at HCA Florida Lake City Hospital Outpatient Imaging Center was painless, speedy, efficient, and I can almost say pleasant. The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. If you need a mammogram, this is the place to go.
I had a mammogram and ultrasound done here and I can't say one negative thing about my whole experience, including check in! Everyone was kind and the nurses were compassionate during the procedures. I highly recommend them!
