Soured on our A/C service folks who we've had for 19 years, we turned to Touchstone - cannot express how happy we are with them. Will/Willie was fabulous in the service and other work he did on our heating unit - he was very efficient, detail oriented and respectful of us and our home. We also had Touchstone clean our ducts - Brice and Hunter also were great, again very good work, efficient and respectful of us. If anyone needs work done, we highly recommend them.
This is the best place ever. We've been without air for a week now. Tried several attempts to contact other dealers with no luck. Won't ever use anyone else but Touchstone. They work with you and bend over backwards. Phenomenal customer service. Thank you for all you do. We certainly appreciate everything. Matt is awesome!!
We called Touchstone out to fix my grandparents unit. They had been without a working unit since October. The company that installed it, came out twice and couldn’t find a leak, but their AC nor Heat would work properly. Touchstone found the leak, fixed it, and had them up and running that day. They also signed up for their Gold Plan and will use Touchstone from now on.
