“When I called Action Tree Experts, I spoke with Carol who was very pleasant and thorough at explaining who would be coming out to quote the job. Carol said Johnathan and Scott would be out the same afternoon between 3:15 and 3:30 which was already impressive since that would be an hour after I called. Well, they both showed up about fifteen minutes later after I called and quoted me a reasonable price for trimming three trees. This was great since earlier in the day I had a quote from a tree service company that previously did work for me and stated they would only cut the trees down and refused the trimming. Furthermore the previous tree company pushed me out two weeks several times before actually coming out for the quote. The job by Action Tree Experts was completed this morning as agreed. More impressive is last night Carol called me to verify that Scott and Johnathan would be out this morning between 8:30 and 9:00; the call from Carol was unexpected but shows the true professionalism in the company. Well, they were here just past 8:00 and completed the job in under three hours. I would highly recommend Action Tree Experts for their thoroughness, knowledge, expertise and more importantly feeling grateful to have work unlike other companies. “I have big trees as a matter of fact one fell on my roof. Carlos promised he was gonna remove it. No show ! I contacted James and Meghan of this tree service. James not only removed the one on my roof he advised me a nearby one was going to come down. I put off having it removed due to finances. They showed up just before Helene arrived and took it down out of concern. I am so grateful. They allowed me payment arrangements as well. I highly recommend them for any and all tree services.
