i called them at 4 they told me the tech was in Melbourne that I was the next customer. they never showed up. I called at 5.20 their AI answered. never heard from them again. horible experience.

7/29/25 Avoid this company! They have terrible customer service and terrible service technicians. We had an issue with our upstairs ac so they came out yesterday. They were here for over 2hrs and I paid over $500 and they claimed the problem was fixed. Well little did I know it wasn't. Our upstairs was over 80° and never cool down. When my husband came home he opened the ac closet to look inside and found that the ac is now leaking water and flooding our closet. (It was never leaking before) So we called the company back and they said they will have someone out around 5pm. We figured this was normal for them to work after 5pm due to them claiming to be 24 hrs. Well... read full review

Iron Shield replaced our AC at over half the cost of the big company. They care about their customers comfort, budget and wellbeing. When they couldn’t fit us in right away, Victor personally dropped off a couple portable ACs to keep us cool over the weekend until they could fit us in. The boys who installed our new unit were fast, prompt and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend this family run business everyday and twice on Sundays. 10/10.
