Exceptional Urgent Care describes the care my husband and I received today. Staff very professional and caring. I had covid in Sept of 2020. Dr Im suggested I try a new type of inhaler to help with my lung issues since having covid. Enjoyed the Christian music. Will definitely recommend this clinic.
Exceptional Urgent Care in Lady Lake, FL is amazing. Dr. Im and his team are professional, polite and proficient. The care I receive at Exceptional Urgent Care Center and Telemedicine is always A#1.
If you have any hesitation or distrust toward doctors in the area, this is the place to go when you need urgent care. The practice lives up to its name. Dr Im and staff ARE exceptional. They don't simply treat symptoms; they take everything into consideration. Some call this treating the "whole person". I can't thank them enough for all they have done for my senior parents, my son, and myself. They are honest, top-tier professionals, and compassionate.
