Update my mom got her pants today (Wednesday) as promised the second time so that is good.
Told my mom today (monday) that her pants that she had hemmed would be ready after 3pm.....went there after 3 and they said they won't be ready until Wednesday. So why did they make me waste my time and gas going there when they could've just told my mom on the phone that they weren't ready..... Also how long does it take to hem 2 pairs of pants 3 inches. They should have been done. I should have looked at the reviews before going. So many people are having similar problems.
They altered my dress in less than a week, whereas in the Villages I was told it would take over a month! The girl at the counter, Shanice, was also super friendly and knowledgeable. They will always have my business going forward!
I went here last week and my clothes was done the right way. The lady at the front is nice . Shanda always make sure my order is correct . Never had a problem with this location before . I will be a customer . Thank you good job Shanda
