We have a home in the villages and wanted to add a Lanai and a patio deck with a birdcage on it. We did our homework and asked around for the best company. We are super pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail. The communication and follow thru were top notch. Our Project Manager Clint was easy to work with along with Danny who initially came out and listened to what we wanted to do to improve our home.
As an engineer, I can recommend Advanced. They build a very solid structure with good materials. Whenever I had a question, they had a legitimate and honest answer. I would hire them again.
VERY happy Customer! They gave us an estimate for converting our lanai into a finished air conditioned family room and it was thousands less than 2 other quotes we got. Not only were they less, they managed to finish our job 2 weeks earlier than they promised. Very reliable, trustworthy team of people, great communication from our project manager, and everyone worked hard to get it done right. Excellent job guys!
