Just used Action today for the first time. Great experience. We have a 30' Sylvester Palm that was trimmed and the seed pods removed. Quick, clean and painless. Will definitely use them for all of our future needs. Highly recommend.
When I called Action Tree Experts, I spoke with Carol who was very pleasant and thorough at explaining who would be coming out to quote the job. Carol said Johnathan and Scott would be out the same afternoon between 3:15 and 3:30 which was already impressive since that would be an hour after I called. Well, they both showed up about fifteen minutes later after I called and quoted me a reasonable price for trimming three trees. This was great since earlier in the day I had a quote from a tree service company that previously did work for me and stated they would only cut the trees down and refused the trimming. Had Scott come by to grind a 16" queen palm stump. It was in a bed with weed screen, irrigation system and rocks. They did a flawless removal and followed up with an immaculate cleanup.I highly recommend them. They are pros.
