Very friendly and knowledgeable. They all make you feel welcomed and at home. They explain what they think will work for your hair and listen to you as well. Hailey is my new hairdresser from now on.
There’s not too many kind people left in the world anymore but I met two today at Southern Shears. The owner and her daughter, Shelba, are not only kind but fantastic at what they do! I watched as the owner talked to clients like they were family and made them feel beautiful. Shelba took my hair from a hot mess to a sassy blonde Queen. Shelba felt like someone I knew my whole life. I’ve tried a couple of salons out here but all I heard was gossip and small town drama with mediocre results. Shelba is amazing at color! I recently went to get a new hair style at this salon. Hailey was incredible! She knew exactly what I was after and was current on the trends. I got the boho shaggy bob with bangs and it was executed perfectly. She took such care and time with both my and my moms haircut. She was knowledgeable, friendly and just a joy to be around. I love my haircut! I can’t stress that enough. My mom’s hair looks fantastic too. She made sure to do our hair in a way that was flattering to our face shapes, considerate of our morning routines (to keep it effortless for future styling), and answered all my hair care questions expertly.
