I broke a frame I had just purchased in India and went to the Walmart Vision & Glasses store in a bit of a panic. At first they told me they had stopped fitting existing lenses into new frames, but agreed to help me out anyway. They found a nice inexpensive frame that fitted around my lenses, did a great job of installing the lenses and did not charge me a penny for the service. Within minutes I had a new frame and was saved! Kudos to the staff at Walmart! Always so dependable.

I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am with the way these professionals handled my children's eye exams and prescriptions. For one thing, I goofed and thought our appointments were 45 minutes later than they actually were. Luckily, when we arrived they were not too busy to accommodate us, but I expected the employees to be at least slightly annoyed (and I figured I deserved it) but if they were, they were very good at hiding it. :) The technician and eye doctor who performed the eye exams were very friendly and worked very well with children, which is a big change from experiences we have had elsewhere. Came here for an optometry appointment as well as once to adjust my glasses. Dr. Siddiqui was very patient and thorough in my eye exam and I felt comfortable. The optician assistants who work there that helped me adjust my frames did their best to get my glasses back in shape. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with this Walmart Vision Center.
