Rich is awesome and very knowledgeable! He made me feel comfortable and was able to come next day to treat my pest issue. I kept going back and-forth whether to pick a larger chain company or local, but I am glad I chose local. So far, results are good. I hope the results will continue to improve through out the year with the spraying.f e
