10/10 Service. My cousin needed a last minute additional paper for a flight. This was the only place that had availability same day on a Saturday. The communication was great. We were able to send needed paperwork via text/email on our way there. They were able to do a health screening. We found the price to be extremely fair. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been taking my babies for about 5 years. Dr. Nallapaneni has been thorough attentive and wonderful to both my dogs. Even when one of our babies passed away her and her nurses were extremely supportive and kind during that time. Her and her staff have been wonderful. Highly recommend 🤍

Lifesavers. I brought a stray cat in a couple of years ago with a serious head wound after they were recommended by a local animal shelter; they very expediently fixed the problem, neutered and vaccinated and saved him from serious infection. I still see that cat every once in a while, and he looks so much healthier than he ever did. On a separate occasion, I recently brought a kitty with a bladder infection and they were very kind and careful handling him, he didn't cry once. They performed very rapid urine test, prescribed the right meds all within an hour, and now my kitty is back to his old self. They are very understanding and reasonable in their pricing, and they will provide you with up front estimate rather than surprising you with the cost after everything is done. I'm very thankful they exist, they are doing a great service.

We had to put one of our fur babies down today. Everyone at Tender Hearts was very kind, compassionate, and were just incredible as we went through such a hard time. Thank you!

If I could give 0 I would!!! Thankfully the $700+ neuter price saved my cats life!!! They missed a heart murmur and heart enlargement. I brought my 1 1/2 yr sphynx cat for a neuter consultation last week. Was told my cat's heart and lungs sounded great 👍 and they could neuter him. Didnt tell me the price. They sent an estimate 2days prior to surgery $713 for a NEUTER thats on top of the $189 CONSULTATION!!!! Thank God I contacted crystal creek who gave us a $325 estimate all inclusive. I dropped him off this am and he HAS A HEART MURMUR!!! With further tests his heart is enlarged and has elevated enzymes. He needs a cardiac work up with a cardiologist ASAP. TENDER HEART WOULD HAVE KILLED MY CAT IF I HAD ALLOWED THEM TO NEUTER HIM!!! BE VERY CAREFUL AND AVOID THIS VET AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

We went to Tender Hearts for the first time.All the Girls treated me( Martina Angomas)and My Uncle (Francisco Sepulveda)like Family we have been to another place but We was referred by a friend of my uncle they too said that the place was Family and Pet Friendly BELIEVE ME THEY ARE!❤️The Office was very clean the rooms too.We felt like Family not clients.I APPRECIATE YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DONE FOR MIA( My Uncles Dog)She is doing much Better.I never been to a place that they also call you the next day to see how Mia was we also appreciate that too.Thank you to all the Staff and Doctor too she was Great!!!God Bless you all.Thank you Again..I will refer My Family and Friends here..❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

Don't to it to yourself or pet. I waited 3hrs while the vet jumped from pet to pet, instead of focusing on one task at a time.

Do not go to this animal hospital.They are horrible. I brought a dog there for a UTI. I made it very clear that the dog was up to date with all of its shots and recently dewormed.. The vet tech was extremely slow and appeared clueless and confused. The first comment he made was that the puppy was big for its age.. the dog that I brought in had been confined to a cage for 6 months,abused and hardly fed. It has stunted growth and at least twenty pounds underweight...the puppy is afraid of everything. The tech came in and stood in the corner clearly nervous around the 7 month old puppy so the dog barked and growled a little. He then tells me he is going to get a muzzle for the dog!! Absolutely not! I told him that this dog has been through way too much trauma to now have to be muzzled in a place that he has never been, and it's clearly uncomfortable. I suggested that maybe he should put his hand out so the dog could smell him and maybe come down to his level to make the dog feel a little bit more comfortable. These are things that you shouldn't have to tell a vet tech. I even had to take the dog's urine on my own, because this tech seemed incapable and was making myself and my dog uncomfortable... I was in the office for 2.25 hrs They attempted to do tests that were unneeded for my dog, which I refused. They then charged me double for the antibiotics that they prescribed. I attempted to get the medication at another location. However, they would not have it available for a week and the dog needed it at that moment. So in turn, I paid double for the medication. I repeatedly asked why the cost of the medication was so high at this location, and no one would answer my question. When I asked for the prescription the tech stared at me for a few moments and responded that the vet had left, but would be back in some time.. He did not know when vet would return. So he was unable to provide me with the prescription forcing me to have to purchase the medication there. This place is awful. I would never take one of my animals there again and I recommend you don't either.
