The shades are beautiful but it can take weeks to have them schedule a service tech to come out and look at broken shades, even when following up regularly. Not ideal when you have 16 individual shades on property to maintain. Other companies won't generally send service techs unless its for their own shades due to each shade having different branded parts and motors that are not the same across companies. So whoever you call to install is generally who you are left to rely on for service.

The team at Sunshades are informative and prompt. They installed a remote controlled awning with led lights that is perfect for Florida summers. Highly recommend.

You will not find a more professional, more responsive, more helpful company than Sunshades. Our retractable screens have been flawless for 6 years, and when we recently had to have them temporarily removed to have work done on our building, these folks went way above and beyond to help us get them safely removed and stored on a tight schedule. I would give them ten stars out of five if I could.❤

Sunshades Awning Company has been terrific to work with. Requested a home appointment-visit was within 3 days. Price was very good and in appointment to install was completed within 3 weeks (had to order). The installation with Rob was quick and very efficient; Rob took the time to explain the operations and went over the warranty information. From the beginning of the process until the completion-everything was great. Aaron (the owner) and his team were terrific. I would definitely recommend the company. (Quality of product, price and the professionalism of his entire team) PS. We have had 2 other neighbors who have also bought from sunshades, another one beginning the process of purchasing from them also.

A friend recommend Sunshades to us as we were considering adding a retractable screen enclosure system to our back porch. We love outdoor dining but with all the mosquitoes at dusk in FL we could not sit outside. We had Aaron come out and give us an estimate - within a couple of weeks it was installed and we absolutely love it. It is super easy to use - we can open or close it in a few seconds and we eat outside now all the time. We highly recommend them if you are considering doing this to your home - one of the best home improvements we have ever invested in.
