It was my first time going to Shanice I was recommended to her by a family friend…. She did my daughter and my mom hair in the same day it took about six hours for both styles love it!!!! Overall lacking customer service & Lacking contacting clients back .. shouldn’t have to wait over a week/nearly 2 weeks to book an appointment. I’ll take my money where it would go to better use & appreciated .. thank you :)
