I’d been looking for someone to help my body move and feel like it’s supposed to. Monica is an expert, professional, attentive and connected to the person on the table. Her methodical approach and attention to detail were immediately apparent during our chat before the session began. During the therapy she worked extensively to relieve the parts of my body that were “stuck,” and I experienced relief and improved movement during and after. I even had a migraine brewing when I arrived, only to have it disappear during the session. 70 minutes went by in a flash.
The next morning I woke up feeling awake, rested, no brain fog, the mobility in my arm and neck were 90% better. If you’re in pain and limited by your body, go see Monica!

Just had my first lymphatic massage here and the exerience was wonderful. Very calming,relaxing & rejuvenating overall. Lymphatic massage features a very light touch with a mild push on muscles and tendons if desired. Goals are discussed prior, and massuese quickly makes adjustments requested. :-)

I wish I could give 100 stars! My Husband and I have been seeing Monica for coming up on 2 years, and plan to for many more. I built a career in the spa industry as a spa manager and medical aesthetician so I am very particular when it comes to choosing a Massage Therapist. My husband uses the computer a lot for his high stress job. He was in so much agony with his wrists, he had been considering surgery for (a self-diagnosed) carpal tunnel. After we found Monica, our lives changed. My husband no longer lives with this horrific pain every day he typically will come once to twice a month for theses results.Though I do not suffer from chronic pain myself, I always find that I feel replenished when my appointment is over. I do however recall an instance more recently where I had thrown out my back, and Monica worked her hands in such a way, that after about a week and a half of suffering, only one to two days after my massage I felt like myself again. I always learn something new about my body when she treats me. On top of her incredible gift of healing, she is incredibly kind as well as mindful and knowledgeable about the creams and modalities she uses in her treatment room. I am forever grateful to have found Monica, I have never come across another therapist that can even come close in comparison to how skilled she is. She is the best Massage therapist in all of Osceola and Orange, if not the best in all of Florida. Definitely give her a try!

First time I met Monica and I want to give her the biggest thanks ? for her magic hands giving me a muscle massage that I had pain on my neck, and when she massaged my whole back, hands, trapezoid, flanks, bisects, all the muscles were stiff and she eased out that pain knowing were to precisely touch and focusing on the muscles that she identified were hard when massaging throughout and they jumped which I already had pain on by working out and I felt that needed massage, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a massage therapist, she is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT WHAT SHE DOES, she names every part of the body by its medical name, she explained me the lymphatic system and how it works which I had no idea of, GUYS SHES 100000% RECOMMENDED! beautiful office and the best customer service, you won’t regret seeing her for your massages!!
