I had a wonderful first time experience at the Relache Spa at Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando! I was greeted by Kathy Alexis at front desk. She was very pleasant, professional & full of Joy!! The perfect person to have out front!! Amy was my massage therapist she did a Fantastic Job!! I will definitely visit this spa again in the near future & refer family and friends!

I had such an amazing experience at Relâche Spa on February 18 at 1:00 PM. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt calm, welcoming, and positive.
Kathy was incredible — she gave me a full tour, took photos for me, and had such great conversation. She made me feel comfortable right away and really set the tone for my visit.
I’m so upset I can’t remember my massage therapist’s name (she had blonde hair and glasses), but she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, and truly made my experience special. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does.

Shout out to Marah!! She was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her professionalism and care made our experience easy and memorable. Lia was so friendly and highly skilled as a massage therapist, especially with me being 34 weeks pregnant! Everything was clean, the whole staff was warm and welcoming and attentive. Overall, an amazing experience!!
