I am sad to say that today I had an unfortunate situation that has left me very disappointed with the billing department. I had dental work done not long ago that I had paid for in its entirety. I have been a cash-paying customer since the very beginning. I went there yesterday for my usual cleaning and when I went to pay, I was told that I had a balance for the work previously performed. I told the young lady that could not be as I had actually prepaid for the work and no balance was due when I checked out. Come to find out that the person who wrote up the quote for the work, made a mistake and quoted me having insurance when I did not. I went there this morning to speak... read full review

First time yesterday for a crown. Staff friendly and polite. Everything was great. Office staff knowledgeable and friendly.

When you came on time for a scheduled appointment but was told they couldn't find your appointment and you had to wait for 2 more months for a next appointment. It's an awful experience.
