Three visits from this company did not resolve problem of a stoppage in line. On second visit gave worker money for service fee which was not given to warranty company. The plumbing company refuses to return calls, answer their e mails or give me a receipt for the $65 and submit the money to the warranty company. I have had First American Home Warranty since 2005. Had stoppage in line, warranty sent this company (phone # 407-978-6769) out on 03/31/17. I have witnessed the lack of professionalism and customer care this company has. If I could give less than a star I would. They deserve a NEGATIVE star amount. They are rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and unable to meet a single appointment time. They have left my cousins home half done while the upcoming hurricane Irma is hitting Florida this week. The last appointment was a complete NO SHOW... how are they still in business?!!!! I am an avid yelper and want anyone in the area to know AVOID THEM! I am positing a few photos for you to see the lack of importance their customers needs are.

Unprofessional! So they are serial offenders it looks like. My home owners insurance company set this service up. Two Fridays in a row I was told they'd be here between 12pm-5pm. Both times I got a call around 4pm that they should arrive around 7pm! Zero stars if I could.
