Third time I’ve worked with Polar Express. They are wonderful to work with! Communication on point. They understand your need to have work done asap. They explain everything to you and in my opinion, have always been 100% upfront and honest. Will continue to use them! Thank you Derrick! You’re awesome.
Quick and Prompt service. Our AC went out in our new house on a Friday night. I contacted Polar Express around 8AM on Saturday and they were able to send someone out by 9:30 and have it fixed by 10:30. Everything was throughly explained before any work was complete. The technician, Dereck, was great and has approval from my picky cat. Highly recommend.
I CANNOT stress how amazing Polar Express is! As our local AC maintenance company, we have used their services multiple times.. and each time they are sincere, honest, and always looking out for our best interest. We had a sudden issue and Polar did not have availability that same day so we called a different company. They just wanted to con us and upsell everything and cheat us out with services that we didn’t need. We decided to wait for Polar to do a secondary check and what they quoted saved us THOUSANDS. If you are contemplating whether or not to choose them, hope this review will convince you that they are amazing and will provide you honest feedback!
