Reviews
Exceptional service, follow up and professionalism. Jason, Heather and Derek when beyond all expectations while solving my heating/air conditioning issue. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Had an old R-22 system on its last gasp and started looking for a replacement. During the quote process we found Polar Express. Very knowledgeable, friendly people that knew the old system and gave us both recommendations on keeping the old system alive while providing very reasonably priced quotes on new, brand name systems. We elected to replace our old unit and had a wonderful experience. Installation of the new system was scheduled within days! The switching of the units went quickly and efficiently; on one of the hottest days of summer, the house barely had time to warm up before the new unit was running. Post job cleanup left the utility closet looking better, cleaner, and more organized. The new machine is visually a thing of beauty. Outside, excellent! The grounds were respected and well cared for as the old came out and the new went in. All around, excellent experience and a high recommend from this satisfied customer.
