Jason and Derrick are fantastic. This business is all customer service and it is so appreciated. I have used them for everything from full installation, to routine maintenance and even with the occasional emergency call…they either show right up or walk me through the issue with care and patience. Kudos to the best in the business!

Polar Express has excellent customer service and does quality work. Heather actively looks out for her customers, advocating for them with manufacturers such as Trane. Derick is a great technician and is extremely knowledgeable and through.

Just a shout out to Polar Express for a great job of running all new copper through the attic for the freon line to the outside unit. The ac just quit cooling, so I called my regular ac company and the guy came out and accessed the unit as I needed to replace the coils on the inside unit. The estimate was $5500,oo without warranty and $2000.00 with a warranty. This just didn't make common sense to me, so I called Pollar Express for a 2nd opinion. Polar accessed as I had a leak in my copper running to the unit. That made sense to me, since the copper runs in the slab and after years gets pin holes in the copper.
