I have two little ones, and their primary care doctor is quite a bit away, but this office is right around the corner from my house, so I’ve been here several times. I can’t always speak on the doctors since we’ve seen different ones over time, but one thing I can say consistently is that there is a nurse named Trisha who is absolutely wonderful. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has been so kind and helpful. She’s even offered to walk me and my kids back to the car when my hands were full, and I’ve seen her do the same for other families. I really believe in giving credit where it’s due, and she truly is a gem at this place.

Such a wonderful place where people do their job in the best way! I am impressed! They’ve been with us after work hours and did everything so calmly, no rush at all with the smile, but I saw how they were tired since it was almost 11pm in our case.(and they close at 9 btw) I am grateful for this experience. It was my first time in this place and it was amazing, they make you feel confortable even with the situation you are going through with you child sick, a very empathic and peaceful place, and a very fast and efficient service.

This is the absolute best pediatric urgent care. I have been here multiple times with my 1yo and 3yo. There is never a long wait and the staff is OUTSTANDING. Thank you to Lorna, Nurse Tricia and Dr. Hernandez. 10 out of 10 every time!!!

I've needed to visit this clinic 3 times now due to illnesses or services outside of my primary cares hours, and I have only had amazing experiences. They are always swift, knowledgable and helpful. As a mother I know it can be nerve-wracking taking your child somewhere unknown especially when they need care. In my opinion you can trust these physicians. They are all incredible. I'm extremely grateful for their help.

Love going to the urgent care in St. Cloud on irlo Bronson. The RN Tricia is awesome honestly the doctors there are as well. They are very informative and straight to the point which I appreciate. All my kids are seen here every time they get sick and there follow up is always as promised. Thank you!!!
