The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were hung up on and then treated like we did something wrong for trying to get a script filled at another location after we were sent to a location that was closed! Such a shame since our first time was a decent experience.

We were visiting Florida on vacation when my son got sick. We were seen incredibly fast—in less than 5 minutes he had already received his medication, and within 10 minutes the doctor had examined him and prescribed the appropriate treatment. He started showing improvement within 24 hours. Excellent care, very professional staff, affordable prices, and a great overall experience. I highly recommend them!

This was my fourth visit over the last couple of years, and every time I leave feeling a huge weight lifted, knowing my children are in such great hands.
This visit was for my son’s stitches, and as a mom, it was my first time going through something like that. He was scared, but the staff treated him with so much kindness and worked so quickly that I barely had time to react (I wanted to cry!). By the time we left, he was smiling. I was so relieved that what could have been a traumatic experience turned into such a positive one. I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing care they gave him.
I will always keep coming here for my children’s urgent care visits.

Shady business as they charge 225 upfront without knowing how much it will be charged and not clear if there will be a refund or when it will be done. Do not recommend this place.

If i could give 0 i would i took my son in late last night June 21st around 9ish pm he was badly injured due to be thrown from a go kart on concrete he ended up hitting his head I’m not sure if he lost consciousness or not but you’d think they’d still take his head injury seriously and check him out but no they didn’t the doctor on shift she felt around the knot on his head and basically said he’s fine and they barley cleaned his scrapes he had and not just baby scrapes these were wounds bound to get infected big scrapes and they put BANDAGES on him not gauze and sent us on our way so when it came time to take them off because i went to advent health for him to be better cared for the did X-rays and a ct on my son mind he he’s 5 so advent was very concerned they did a through clean of his wounds for a good 30-35 minutes while at pm it took 5 minutes and that was it so i definitely wouldn’t be back here they did not fully investigate my sons injuries.

Every time I take my child to the pm pediatric urgent care they take care of him very quick and find the cause and solutions to take care of the problem. The doctors and staff are very professional.
