After 2 other companies left me hanging for hours, Monster showed up within 20 mins of when my roadside assistance contacted them. They were also the only company who reached out to me and told me what was going on and when they would arrive. Owner showed up exactly when he said he would, was fast, efficient, and personable. I hope not to need any towing in the future, but if I do I will use them again. Very thankful for Monster coming through when other companies didn’t come close.
