Highly disappointed in the lack of preparation this office has. Scheduling surgeries the same days as regular appointments is a disgrace. You are expected to just wait for the provider and when you ask the receptionist questions about the wait time (over an hour sitting there 45 minutes past my appointment time) she acts as though I am inconveniencing her. No matter how many good reviews the provider gets, you are only as good as the way your office is run. No one deserves to make an appointment first thing in the morning and STILL have an undetermined wait time!

The doctor is very nice, but the receptionist her name is Jasmine is horrible to deal with and lacking on explanation on the information that the only job that assist for her to do, could do better than just she did. She needs to go scrub the floor instead of working at the reception.!!!!!!!!!!!

The waiting is forever!! You can waste your entire day just waiting for your turn. And each step takes forever too!! Too many people waiting in the room.The staff are nice, just the wait!!!!
