Great service. Veterinarian was very empathetic towards my pets, treated them well, explained and educated me on care, treatment, and follow up. Definitely recommend taking your pets to Mayfair

I went today at 12:15 PM with my dog due to an emergency. This is not the first time I have had problems with this veterinary clinic. Even though their posted closing time is 1:00 PM, I was told they were “about to close.” The receptionist checked with the vet and then told me the vet refused to see my dog because they had already cleaned everything.
I clearly stated that this was an emergency and that my dog was in pain. I even begged for help. It is unacceptable that a veterinarian can be informed of a potential emergency — possibly a life-or-death situation — and still refuse to see the animal simply because they had already cleaned.
This is not a free service. Emergency visits without an appointment are more expensive, and I was fully willing to pay. Turning away an animal in pain during posted business hours shows a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. If you close at 1:00 PM, refusing an emergency at 12:15 PM is inexcusable.

Hospital and staff are amazing cheap and take care of my baby.... The one thing that really piss me off is that I call for any question or anything about my baby they never pick up the phone ......

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bring my mom‘s dog because she had to travel. They charge me $208 and we wait around 4 hours to be seen.,,and they said that that she needs a new preventative treatment to travel… this is it that I need to come back to get another treatment that is already paid just because it had to be 72 hours before when I went there they didn’t find a paperwork, the prescription and treatment me like i am a liar… they to test the dog again for the same testing, they’d already did…at the end of the story my mom had to be paying $30 something dollars more just because it a rechecking. Please don’t bring your pets there. I don’t think they are treating your dogs with the love and kindness that is supposed to be. I bring my dogs years before and there was a really OK but every single time they always charge more and more and they invented the stories and they said that the dog had something and that just to charge you more please don’t bring your pet. I know other places are more money, but probably will be more safe and their words is actually matter not like their word that they say something and ending on something else. I am very disappointed. If you love your pet family don’t bring them at Mayfair
