My experience with the office and billing department has not been any favorable. I had trying several times to contact them and left numerous messages but haven’t received any response yet. Not only was the office rude and unfriendly but they couldn’t help me to get to the bottom of the issue I have with a medical bill which was fully paid before. Still waiting….

Absolutely terrible experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone! With new staffing and a new system, the lack of professionalism and assistance is evident. Upon entering, I was greeted with disrespect and shewed away to be dismissed before I could even speak. To build on that, the wait times for each individual to be seen was often over an hour or two. This business has left a stain on their reputation, so much so, that after my recent visit, I will be removing it from my service list and transferring to another company.

This week was my second trip to the Kissimmee location. The front staff is always professional and friendly. The office is always clean and the bathroom always spotless, especially for the amount of people who frequent this location. No worries always more than enough seats to accommodate all. I especially like the informative video that loops on the tv. The doctors are the best at each location I’ve visited. Definitely the best place to go for overall eye health.

A terrible experience. We arrived at 9:40 for our appointment, and it's now 11:00 AM and they still haven't even called to check in. It's disrespectful because we plan ahead, and my mother has another appointment she needs to attend, and I'm accompanying her, eight months pregnant, waiting this long. If you don't have enough staff to handle so many people, don't schedule so many appointments.

Horrible wait time. I had a 2:00 pm appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early per their request. I signed in and waited about 10-15 minutes before I was called to check in. I then waited another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave. As I was walking out the door (45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time), they called my name to go to the back. My original appointment at the Orlando office for next week was canceled because the doctor wouldn’t be in and I rescheduled for today at the Kissimmee office. Before I decided to leave, I heard a staff member tell a patient that they were calling the 1:45 pm appointments. It was already 2:30 pm. They don’t respect their patients or their time. I feel like they take advantage because the majority of the patients are senior citizens who depend on others for care and transportation. Therefore they don’t have the option of walking out like I did. They even have the audacity to have a “late fee”. I should invoice them a late fee for not honoring my appointment time. My time is just as valuable as theirs!
