I have been coming to Kissimmee nails for many years! Great atmosphere, customer service, and they treat you like family! My go to Nail tech is Kan, and he does an amazing job every time! However everyone there is great! Highly recommend them!🥰

I have been a customer of Kissimmee Nails for several years now I will not go anywhere else. I really like the hombre look and Nail tech Kan always does an excellent job. I never have any issues with my nails no cracking or breaking or coming off. I have also gone for pedicures and all of their nail techs are very good at what they do. I highly recommend that if you want your nails done right and with excellent quality this is the place to go. I do not go to any other nail shop for my services because I’ve always gotten my moneys worth which is a great value in my opinion compared to a lot of other nail salons so when you’re in the area, give them a try or if you’re looking for a new nail tech this is the place to go. I am a loyal customer and will remain so!!

I received a pedicure at this salon about a week ago. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the technician who provided the service. During the cuticle trimming, my cuticle was cut too deeply, which caused significant discomfort. I was advised to place my foot in water, and the bleeding appeared to stop at the time. Although it was no longer bleeding when I left, the area remained uncomfortable.
The following morning, I noticed dried blood at the corner of my big toe and continued discomfort. About a week later, the side of my big toe where the cuticle was cut became swollen. When I applied slight pressure, pus was released, indicating a clear infection.
I have visited this nail salon before and have never had an experience like this. While I am not placing blame on the salon as a whole, I believe this highlights the importance of proper training and technique for individual nail technicians to ensure client safety.

My favorite place for nails everyone is so nice and Kan is great!😊

Overpriced

I had my nails done by Quynh and she was amazing! She’s very kind, easy to talk to, and took such good care of my nails. We had such a nice conversation, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My nails turned out neat and beautiful. The salon itself is very comfortable, and everyone here is so friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

The manager and ladies that do our nails here are great! Lin is the lady who normally does my dip-powder manicure; I would definitely recommend her. She makes my nails look lovely! I've never shared that I had 10 surgeries to get rid of b/cancer (counting complications) after I got out of the Air Force active duty; then did some emotional eating and got Type 2 diabetes so my hands are sensitive; but I said that to say she is careful and considerate and does a thorough job with my nails and I appreciate her. The manager is professional too and always kind. Lastly, new lady did my pedicure last week and she was gentle with my toes and I like her too! Wonderful shop! Sincerely, Kim

I’ve been to this salon a few times and it’s always been fine, which is why I was really hoping for a good experience after a tough week. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t go well.

I don’t know her name, but the tech in seat 3 drilled my nails down to the point where the heat became really uncomfortable. She apologized and adjusted to take shorter breaks due to the heat. Once we got to cuticle work, I ended up with five cuts that wouldn’t stop bleeding. I understand that accidents happen, and I’m usually pretty understanding if there is a cut, but this was excessive. She did try to help by spraying alcohol, but the bleeding continued.

At that point, I decided to stop the gel manicure because I didn’t feel safe putting gel and UV light over open cuts. I paid $30 for the removal and part of the manicure because I just needed to leave and not cause a scene at the time.

I’ve supported this local salon before and really wanted this visit to be a good one, but I left feeling disappointed and in pain. I hope they take more care moving forward and refund me for the experience.
