There are reports of members socializing on benches instead of exercising, which can make navigation difficult, and the men's locker room shower has outdated fixtures that resemble a fire hose. The club provides excellent service, particularly from trainers like Robert, Oneal, and Julian. Many clients appreciate their training packages and personalized workout plans, with Julian highlighted for his significant impact on members’ transformations through tailored nutrition guidance and consistent motivation. Eileen Santiago, a personal trainer at the gym, has helped clients transform their bodies, eliminate excess fat, and tone their figures through dedicated routines. Suggestions for improvement include replacing paper towels with dryers to save costs and help the environment, as many use a lot of paper towels after the sauna. Customers are encouraged to bring their own towels for use in the gym. This location needs a lot of there gym equipment updated. Its out of date compared to other locations. There isnt enough glute machines. There competitor EOS have more newer equipment and services. They need to update to stay competitive. Also too many weights and item toss all over the place not put back by staff. I don't know what's going with that. Half of the gym been shut down due to carpet 😒 issue or update....which make the gym coward at times. Hopefully these things get fix, if not I may consider to join EOS. I love the location to get to the gym but not the issues going on currently.
Gym, gym staff & club/sales mangers, are all amazing, very helpful always. Gym cleanness 100%, cleaning crew are super sweet and always helpful . members who uses the weights(dumbbells) should be put back after used, not left on the floor everywhere. Mirrors have been fixed when it has always been reported as a problem, and equipment has been getting reported and fixed right away! Smoothie bar is amazing as well!! Other then that, gym is 100% recommendable :)
I love this place, but there are some things that don’t make the place look nice, like a broken TV and the roof is broken, would be nice if these things get fixed as they charge a lot of money to the customer.
