What does it feel like to have a family member discuss funeral planning with you? I think it feels like what happened to me when I met with my planner, Ociris. From the start, she was so sweet and friendly on the phone and in person. She eased into the conversation about final plans and gently guided me through the process and what it would cost based on my choices. This is the best way to do it, in advance while all emotions are still intact. I will get her help with the rest of my family planning arrangements, she was the best!
