Visited Great Clips at 4797 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, FL, and had an outstanding experience.
Karen was the stylist who cut my hair, and she set the tone immediately. When I walked in, she offered me a shampoo. That may sound simple, but in all my years visiting Great Clips locations, that has never happened before. I said yes, and I’m glad I did.
She asked about my hair type, chose a shampoo specifically for it, and washed my hair twice with real care and attention to detail. Nothing rushed. Nothing generic. It felt intentional and professional.

I had the best experience at this Great Clips, The new Manager Tami really knows what she is doing she is not scissor happy (her words) I asked for a little trim a shampoo and a blow dry , she carefully went over how much I wanted off and showed me where my dead ends were we both agreed that a half an inch would be perfect, after the talk she took me to wash it, now I have to say if you want a clean head and a stress relieving head massage She’s your girl ! After the wash and cut she did an amazing blow out, I have 4 kids and this was just what I needed I will definitely be coming back if not weekly for an amazing hair wash !!!
